MY.GAMES Venture Capital (MGVC) is the investment division of MY.GAMES.

We provide support to the development of promising gaming projects and companies.

MGVC is a team of leading professionals with many years of experience working in the video game industry. We know what exactly developers need to follow their ideas through and develop their games.

As a Recruiter you will work directly with MGVC portfolio and partnering studios worldwide.

You will do:

• managing full recruitment processes;
• build a strong pipeline of talents from GameDev domain and beyond;
• conducting active talent sourcing using advanced recruiting tools and job boards;
• building and maintaining a pool of potential candidates by proactive networking and direct sourcing;
• conducting interviews and evaluating candidates' skills and competencies;
• building collaborative relationships with hiring managers;
• being an advisor on talent landscape and best practices in recruiting.

We expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter within highly competed talent markets;
• upper-intermediate or above English;
• ability to work well under pressure and within a multi number of stakeholders;
• demonstrated team player who takes initiative and ownership;
• great communication skills;
• interest in video games could make you succeed in this role.
