SOAX is a UK-based start-up that focuses on the automation of data collection and residential proxies with which we provide businesses all around the world. We believe in a future where machines can envision and fulfill our needs based on data collected in real-time — and we want to help bring this future to life by allowing unparalleled access to the world’s data in a matter of clicks.
We’re actively growing (~30 MoM), over the past year our team has grown from 3 to 52 employees. We are located in different countries and work completely remotely. Now we are looking for Head of Sales to join the team to help us keep growing and enter new markets.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base;
- Build a world-class sales pipeline; execute effectively on each phase of the process;
- Create and maintain a working environment in which everyone will strive to achieve more and overfulfill their goals;
- Maintain an exceptional discipline and transparency of processes within the team;
- Establish and track key metrics to drive success of teams and individuals within the organization.
- Identify, negotiate, and sign deals with new clients.
What You Need To Succeed
- 3+ years in leading SaaS Sales or Biz-dev teams;
- Experience building and running structured sales processes at a fast-growing company;
- Be a charismatic leader with extensive experience in sales who has something to teach our team;
- Aspiration to change, grow and develop fast together along with the company;
- Fluent English and Russian, third language is a plus.
