We're lookig for a colleague to Helpdesk team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with new users onboarding.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal customers.
  • Walk the customers through the problem-solving process.
  • Monitor incoming IT-related requests, classify and react quickly.
  • Work with incidents, requests, problems, and log corresponding activity in ticketing system (Atlassian JIRA).
  • Keep internal customers updated regarding their requests changes.
  • Provide accurate information and support regarding IT products and services.

Professional requirements:

  • General awareness of computer systems, operation systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), networks, PC diagnostics.
  • Resourcefulness and quick-thinking nature - ability to troubleshoot unknown technical issues as they arise.
  • Ability to deploy, configure, and support operating systems on desktop and mobile devices.
  • Understanding information security principles within computing systems and user devices.
  • Strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience, with an awareness of prioritization of tasks, stakeholders, and time.
  • English - upper-intermediate.

Would be a benefit:

  • Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Active Directory, Hyper-V.
  • Windows Server, Linux.
