Job Description

At MSP360, we’re looking for a Business Development Representative in our Saint Petersburg office to become an integral part of our international inside sales team!

You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients.

The ideal candidate has the ability to learn fast (training program is provided) and has a strong desire to compete and win. If you have excellent communication skills and desire to work and excel in sales, you will get the opportunity to be closely mentored and professionally developed by our experienced MSP360 sales professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound leads, engage and initiate contact with “colder” customer (lost opportunity, older leads)

  • Manage opportunities and the sales funnel, winning as many deals as possible
  • Meet KPI targets (time on the phone, leads/ opportunities touched per day, other)
  • Update and maintain CRM & Sales Systems

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent English is a must (C1-C2)

  • Desire and ability to learn fast (training program provided)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to build rapport with clients

  • Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and business needs

  • Ability to work individually and as a team

  • Time management and detail-oriented skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluent Portuguese
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or comparable CRM

  • Previous experience in sales or IT industry

  • Experience in selling a complex product

  • Experience in working with various customer profiles (Engineers, C-level, etc.)
