DINS is a development center of an American company RingCentral, a leading developer and provider of cloud communication services for business. We participate in the development and support of UCaaS solution with a wide range of functions: messaging, video, phone, faxes, contact center, etc. More than 400 000 companies from the USA, Canada, the UK choose the solution, in which development and support we take part every day!

Duties:

  • Perform deployment of infrastructure and applications to stage and production environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may occur during deployments;
  • Provide ongoing support for non-production environments to developers and other teams;
  • Automation of CI/CD process and routine activities, maintenance and development of internal tools;
  • Continuously improve and share knowledge of system, update documentation;
  • Communicate and collaborate with other teams (Operations, QA, Engineering).

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in delivery processes and maintaining enterprise infrastructure;
  • Understanding of Linux (we use CentOS) systems, basic knowledge of most common Linux utilities;
  • Experience with cloud providers (Amazon Cloud);
  • Ability to write in scripting languages (we mainly use Python);
  • Understanding of the IaC (Infrastructure-as-Code) approach and experience with Ansible, Terraform, Git;
  • Understanding the principles of containerization and experience with Docker, Kubernetes;
  • Intermediate level of English (written and spoken);
  • Understanding of SRE principles and DevOPS practices;
  • Accuracy, attention to details, ability to follow processes;
  • Good communication skills and readiness to work in team;
  • Experience in service troubleshooting across applications (Scala, NodeJS, Java, C++).

Advantages:

  • Understanding of CI/CD methodology and experience with tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
