Scalable Solutions is committed to being the leading technology infrastructure provider for the digital asset market.

We are looking for an experienced Support Specialist willing to provide fast and high-quality client service.

Key requirements:

  1. 1+ years in a customer-facing role;

  2. Flexibility to ongoing refinements in process and structure;

  3. Good written English (B2-C1);

  4. Ability to work independently;

  5. Experience with hardware and software, strong skills of figuring out how new functionalities work;

  6. Experience with trading, distributed ledger technologies is a plus.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Be the first point of contact and advocate for our clients and partners;

  2. Make every day reports and plans for the next day;

  3. Handle inbound inquiries within provided SLA;

  4. Troubleshoot clients’ issues, including API, trading and broadcasting errors;

  5. Gather key information in order to escalate reported issues;

  6. Track ticket progress to ensure timely communication between clients and the development team.

  7. Shift: night. The first 3 weeks of training take place at the office during daytime hours.
