Customer guidance through the company’s services and assistance on common technical issues via phone, e-mail, or in live chart in English and Russian.
Perform primary classification of problems.
Cooperation with other departments of the Company in the problem solving process.
English language (Upper-intermediate or better).
Quick typing skills.
Advanced PC user.

Working hours during the probation period are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Salary as set forth in this job ad. After the probation period is over, an employee will switch to working in shifts.
