What we are looking for:

  • Fluency in English (Advanced level speaking and writing)

  • Fluency in Spanish (Advanced level speaking and writing)

  • Experience in customer support

  • Computer literacy (daily computer usage, chats, emails)

  • MS Office pack proficiency

  • Learning ability

  • Ability to find an approach to solving diverse tasks

  • Multitasking mindset

  • Readiness to work in the morning and evening shifts
