- Responding to Level 1 tickets;
- Processing of incoming client requests in English languages and gathering maximum possible information to resolve an issue maintaining a minimal response time;
- Work independently on a problem using existing knowledge base and access to systems;
- Determine when a problem is beyond current level of competence and needs to be escalated to the next level for further resolution.
Previous experience in technical support is a plus;
English language at Upper-Intermediate or higher level;
24/7 shift schedule including weekends and night shifts;
