General Description

Due to business growth and increasing level of responsibility T-Systems Russia is currently opening a new position - Head of SW Delivery Unit reporting to the head of SW Delivery Center

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a delivery unit of a big talented team of SW engineers
  • Be responsible for delivery of several agile international SW development projects/products for the large European customers
  • Implement global corporate strategy to take over end-to-end responsibility
  • Be responsible for the finance KPIs of the delivery unit and related projects
  • Drive business development to grow portfolio of the projects
  • Establish strong and trust relationship with international end customers to maintain customer satisfaction on very high level
  • Handling and managing escalations
  • Drive continuous improvement process to enhance efficiency of SW development processes and deliveries
  • Attract, develop and retain a world-class engineers and managers leveraging their talents
  • Be pro-active in company process improvements
  • Be a leader, be agile and lead by example

Requirements / Skills and Key Competencies:

  • University degree in Computer Science;
  • Minimum 5 years of professional IT work experience in managing a large team;
  • Proven leadership, agile and managerial skills;
  • Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong problem solving and decision making abilities;
  • Excellent time management and personal organization skills;
  • Solid knowledge and experience in software engineering;
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and achievement of results;
  • Effective team-building and fostering teamwork skills;
  • Abilities to develop, mentor and coach teams;
  • Fluent English language speaking and writing skills.
