Requirements:

  • Proven experience as IT Recruiter (2+years)
  • Fluent English
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Service and delivery approach
  • Ability to work independently, get things done and take initiative
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to navigate through any communication/language gaps or barriers; work productively and professionally with any level of business resources
  • Experience in international companies is highly desired
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full cycle recruitment for the IT vacancies such as: Developer C#, QA Automation, Linux DevOps, iOS developer, etc. (
  • Find, inspire, and hire great candidates using advanced recruitment tools and professional IT network communications
  • Act as a single point of contact for candidates through the recruitment life cycle
  • Establish great connection and high communication level with Hiring managers
  • Analyse and monitor labour market, maintain Recruitment Data Base (E-Staff)
  • Promote company’s HR brand
  • Participate in other HR projects​
