SEMrush is an online marketing toolbox that contains indispensable data for developing SEO, advertising, and link-building strategies. It helps digital marketing professional or a business owner to realize how important online strategies are for reaching business goals. SEMrush was designed to help speed up and facilitate daily online marketing activities, and easily monitor website’s performance.
Our Customer Success department is growing and seeking for talented Customer Success Manager (English language), who will provide our customers with relevant information regarding SEMrush services, consult and educate users and help with issues resolution.
- Develop and manage client portfolios;
- Analyze customer data to improve customer experience;
- Hold product demonstrations for customers;
- Improve onboarding processes;
- Mediate between clients and the organization;
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints;
- Minimize customer churn.
What we expect from you:
- English language (Advanced level or higher);
- Russian language (Advanced level or higher);
- Knowledge of any other European languages is an advantage;
- Desire to move up and grow with the company;
- Analytical skills and strong desire to evolve in IT;
- The ability to work well with others;
- Good problem solving skills;
- Energy, enthusiasm and motivation;
- Intelligence and the ability to learn quickly.
- Understanding the SEO basics or readiness to learn more about it;
- Support related experience;
- A sense of humor;
- Easy going, drama free attitude.
