Purpose of the role:
Develop the customer portfolio in the Moscow region ensuring development and satisfaction of current customers and the active search for new customers in line with Containerships focus on direct industry customers
Manage the customer portfolio to reach the agreed targets set by the Country Sales Manager
Ensure customer satisfaction and continuity of business for existing clients
Monitoring and take action on volume development of client portfolio on weekly basis
Active search for new customers in line with Containerships strategy
Pro-active relationship development with existing and potential clients by agreeing face to face meetings
Representation of Containerships at industry fairs.
Contractual aspects: contract negotiations with new clients
Financial aspects: ensuring customer portfolio pays invoices according to agreed payment terms.
Sales Manager recognizes the customers criteria and active sales Containerships service values to optimize value proposition and maximise company profitability.
Active usage of CRM system to manage customer development
Responsible for taking actions in case of foreseen or actual service failure
Responsible for profitability of volumes carried, implement rate adjustments as per guidelines set by Country Sales Manager or Trade Manager
Typical relevant experience required: 2-5 years
Pro-active approach in the development of new clients
Understands market situation, trade patterns and recognizes new opportunities.
Knowledge of Containerships business and operations
Permanent labour contract
Official employment and salary, probation period - 3 months
Work in a foreign company, office is located in the business center "Омега Плаза", (Moscow, Leninsakaya sloboda)
5-day working week, working hours from 9:00 a.m. till 18:00 p.m.
Voluntary health insurance is provided after one year in the company
