WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EQUAL DYNAMIC AND CREATIVE COMMUNITY MANAGER WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE EVENTS, MOVEMENT, AND MOOD OF OUR GUESTS.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO:
• Takes care of guests, making sure they have a great time with us
• Organize events, from idea to execution
• Resolve complex and conflict situations
• Conduct a WhatsApp chat: publish posters and announcements for events, conduct surveys
• Actively interact in hotel chat with guests and residents
• Know everything about the hotel and be our ambassador

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BECOME THEM:
• Successful experience in organizing events, creating communities, or PR
• Well-developed conflict management, empathy, and communication skills
• The ability to create an atmosphere and an inexhaustible sea of ideas
• Knowledge of English at least level B1
