Night Auditor at the Reception / Ночной аудитор на стойке ресепшен

The Corinthia Hotel St. Petersburg is currently looking for ambitious and professional candidates for the position of the Night Auditor.

The basic responsibilities of the Night Auditor are to ensures the smooth check in and checkout of guests to maintain and exceed the Corinthia Hotel standards. Reports any comments, VIP arrivals or departures and other issues as they occur throughout the day to the Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager and Shift Leader to ensure that the standards of the division are met and exceed the quality standards set.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing procedures to ensure an effective operation
• Achieving the highest of standards in guest engagement and employee engagement
• Assisting in key projects and other ad hoc activities to ensure an effective operation
• To check all payments and deposits taken from hotel guests by Front Office staff.
• To check vouchers issued by concierge, and to compare amounts with posting journals.
• To check the correspondence of invoices issued for payment by transportation companies, museums, theatres and ticket agencies with Front Office Log-books, to deliver needed information to Income Auditor.
• To check phone calls revenue and to make investigation in cases if charges were left unpaid.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience as a Night Auditor / FO Agent / Receptionist
• Have experience of OPERA application
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to maintain the strictest confidentiality
• Be able to work under pressure and work on own initiative
• Always uphold a professional demeanour
• A good skill level in Microsoft Office Suite
