Attend and participate in the meetings of the board of directors (such attendance and participation shall be at the Principal’s invitation only and if the Provider is invited to attend a board meeting, the Provider’s status will be as an observer, without any right to vote on matters submitted to a vote of the board).

Provision of reference, information and analytical materials on the status of financial market, including forecasts and assessment of fundamental indicators of companies offered by the leading analytical agencies, market reviews, comments on important events and analyst opinions, target prices from the leading investment dealers and other information on the status of US and EU markets of financial instruments.

The Placement Agent services such as identifying and introducing potential investors interested in committing to invest in third party funds.Study and review the business, operations and technical, operational and financial performance of the Project, so as to be able to properly advise the members of the board of directors and/or the Principal’s management on any development needs

Responsibilities

• Control over the activities of accounting departments (check whether everything is reflected correctly)
• Internal management accounting
• Preparing for the audit
• Reporting for founders (cash flow)
• Working in Excel

Qualification requirements

• Knowledge and desire to develop in the field of working with securities or in any other direction is welcome.
• It is desirable that you have already lived in Cyprus, but for a cool one, I am ready to consider from other countries.
• The volume of operations is not very large yet.
• Knowledge of English and Russian languages

We offer

• The design is flexible, depending on the request.
• The fork for the PO is from 3000 to 5000, depending on the qualification.
• At half the rate , then 1.5 000 euros
