What You Will Do:

✔️ Financial Strategy & Planning: Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to optimize financial performance.
✔️ Investment & Fundraising: Prepare and support the attraction of international investments.
✔️ Financial Modeling & Reporting: Develop financial models and statements in accordance with GAAP or other relevant international accounting standards.
✔️ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and international financial requirements.
✔️ Tax Strategy & Efficiency: Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize efficiency under international tax laws.
✔️ Cash Flow & Liquidity Management: Oversee cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operational needs and strategic objectives.
✔️ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Legal, HR, and other teams to align financial goals.
✔️ Process & Control Optimization: Conduct regular financial process reviews to improve efficiency and internal controls.
✔️ Market & Pricing Analysis: Analyze financial and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for pricing and product optimization.

Qualifications & Experience:

✔️ Proven track record in senior financial management within international IT or app-based businesses.
✔️ Successful experience in attracting international investments.
✔️ Strong expertise in financial modeling for apps and international accounting standards.
✔️ English proficiency (C1+) – strong conversational skills for negotiations with financial institutions.
✔️ Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience as a finance manager in an international IT company managing multi-entity financial operations across different jurisdictions.
✔️ Deep understanding of management and financial accounting principles.
✔️ Knowledge of the digital economy and business models.
✔️ Proficiency in international accounting software (QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar).
✔️ Strong technical skills: Business Intelligence (BI) tools, advanced Microsoft Excel, Jira, Google Suite, Odoo, or equivalent platforms.
