POSITION SUMMARY:

S&M Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative duties for the Sales&Marketing Team ensuring all communication and correspondence are executed in a timely manner.

S&M Office Coordinator provides a comprehensive, confidential support to the Sales&Marketing team and assisting in key projects and other ad hoc activities to ensure an effective operation.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implements all active Sales Activities in her specific area of responsibility with the goal of generation and converting leads to achieve/exceed budgeted revenues.
  • Ensures guests expectations are exceeded with a professional and proactive work.
  • Manages the internal contacting cycle ensuring contracts issued by S&M team get endorsed by finance, legal and GMs office promptly. Ideal target for internal cycle is 3 working days maximum.
  • Ensures that any delays within the contracting cycle is flagged and the responsible department is contacted and asked for explanations/solutions.
  • Ensures deposit tracker sheets are filled by the S&M team in accordance with the contract terms and flags any discrepancies.
  • When necessary, supports the sales and marketing team creating contracts prior approval of the commercial director.
  • Ensure that deadlines are always adhered to.
  • Always thoroughly prepare for engagements, both internal and external, and represent Corinthia Hotel St. Petersburg in a professional manner.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Time-management skills
  • OPERA knowledge will be a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have strong Negotiation and Selling skills
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and relevant computer applications required.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
  • Highly responsible & reliable.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
