PR & Marketing Manager

ACCOR international company (Novotel St.Petersburg Centre) - the leader in industry of tourism and hospitality - is currently looking for a PR & Marketing manager.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing & PR plan, monthly and yearly;
• Deploy creative content aligned with brand standards for the multiple owned social media platforms;
• Knowledge and practical use of the Federal law for Labeling Advertising on the Internet to promote the hotel
• Create visuals and design according to brand standards, must be proficient in different tools, such as: Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Capcut, Canva etc. (one of the tools can also be the option)
• Knowledge of Internet advertising (VK Ads, Yandex etc.)
• E-commerce responsibilities (website analysis, improving OTAs visibility etc.)
• Profitable collaboration with newspapers, journalists, partners, bloggers
• Writing press releases and post releases on the upcoming and done events in the hotel
• Organizing with operational departments special events and promotions to attract guests
• Helping operational departments in ordering and preparing all branded templates and printing materials
• Implement Accor sales initiatives, follow the global projects (if applicable)

•Organizing photo and video shooting.

Requirements:

• Higher professional education;
• Obligatory experience in HoReCa in the field of Marketing at least 1 year;
• Advanced PC proficiency.
• Fluent English, knowledge of another European language will be an advantage.
• Flexibility of thinking, independence, initiative, high focus on the result.
• Communication skills, competent speech, customer focus
