About the Role

As part of the accelerator, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to own and lead your own game studio. You’ll have the freedom to bring your creative ideas to life, manage your own team, and oversee every step of your projects from start to finish. You’ll see the direct impact of your work, with the growth of your games reflecting your own success. You will also learn from a team of experts who have created some of Roblox’s top games, gaining the skills and knowledge to take your studio to the next level.

Your Key Responsibilities

● Manage a small team of developers to update, build and launch Roblox games.
● Oversee projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and growth targets are met.
● Apply insights and strategies to grow your studio and game success.
● Actively participate in coaching sessions and apply feedback to improve.
● Actively work on your Roblox games yourself with your team.
● Strive for measurable growth every quarter.

What We’re Looking For

● Experience in any kind of development, including software, mobile, and gaming
● English communication skills.
● A growth mindset and willingness to learn.
● Excellent organizational and project management skills.
● Commitment to achieving long-term success in the Roblox ecosystem.

● Experience with Roblox is a bonus
