Functions:
- Coordinating function perimeter in terms of QCPD objectives of projects;
- Responsible for various project deliverables based on project milestones;
- Managing chassis parts development, review of parts and related systems, validation with technical regulation requirements;
- Defining materials, selecting process, developing plan and follow it;
- Responsible for testing and validation plans, resolving test failure issues;
- Support vehicle trial production, and support issues analysis and give the solutions;
- Responsible for reviewing the engineering changes;
- Organising technical communication & technical review;
- Benchmarking relevant systems and defining products: track market technology development and performance change trends, accumulate new technology and techniques;
- Higher technical education, engineering chassis experience;
- At least 8 years of experience in automotive industry (Chassis R&D);
- Proficient in software design NX/Catia and office software;
- Capable of DMU motion verification, familiar with ADMAS analysis process and result interpretation;
- Project experience;
- Knowledge of the automotive product;
- English speaking fluently
