Your Task

As Service Desk Agent you will need to work on international IT projects together with Service Delivery Managers and complete various tasks:

  • Follow the onboarding of new internal and external technicians;
  • Plan and follow the technicians' interventions;
  • Work with Ticketing system and track SLA;
  • Ensure that technicians have the necessary access to enter the customer site and follow the training imposed by our customer;
  • Inform users of the appointment and potential delays while respecting the contractual deadlines;
  • Prepare weekly meetings by project;

Our requirements:

  • Good command of French (C1+) and English (B2+);
  • You are at ease on the phone;
  • You have a sense of customer service;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Being energetic and team-minded.
