• Performing Red Hat OS installation, administration and troubleshooting on both physical and virtual servers. • Providing support and software maintenance on RHEL OS. • Using Red Hat KVM and VMware Virtualization solutions. • Writing installation, upgrade, migration scripts and procedures from RHEL 6.2 to 6.9. • Performing Oracle Database installation, administration and troubleshooting on RHEL. • Applying necessary patch sets, bug fixes and security patches to Oracle 11G database of AS product. • Adding new capabilities to AS product by implementing Java, Perl and Shell scripts. • Finding security vulnerabilities on AS platform according to Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) Compliance Checker(SCC), fixing them accordance with the relevant DoD Security Technical Implementation Guide(STIG) and making AS product to have US Department of Defense Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) certification. • Designing MySQL installation and data replication system and providing high- availability using heartbeat between sites, fixing bugs on both platform and Java applications. Working with support team of IMM in Billerica, Massachusetts. • Working as product owner of Genbands Intelligent Messaging Manager (IMM) product.

• Designing new features in multi-release VOIP communication products. • Java coding, product maintenance, bug fixing on Genband Application Server (AS) product. • Using Shell and Perl scripting during development projects. • Writing technical documents such as installation manuals, feature description docs, high level design docs, method of procedures. • DevelopingfeaturesforAStosupportAssuredServiceAdmissionControl(ASAC) capabilities on Java platform for JITC. • Taking responsibility of code reviews on platform and database code base.
