• Taking the leading role in Labor and Overheads forecast / Budget / Business Plan preparation at Vsevolozhsk Plant, alignment with Operations and Plant Management; • Forecast process coordination, results reporting (incl. Variance Explanation vs. Prior Forecast, vs. Budget Performance analysis) for Manufacturing metrics to the senior management; • Took the lead on monthly process of Accounting closing (team workload coordination and results reporting to Controller); • Adhoc requests from Management and Auditors, cost studies calculation. Achievements: • Established new Labor and Overheads budget / forecasting Model ensuring greater financial control and increased forecast accuracy; • Provided financial expertise to Plant Management on operating scenarios, in-/outsourcing, headcount efficiency road-maps resulting in management decisions improvement; • Restructured Labor and Overheads team workload due to headcount optimization (-2 heads); • Automated Non-Production Materials control & ordering process within all FordSollers JV locations (time and stocks optimization); • Aligned Payroll cost lines between all FordSollers JV locations due to transition to new payroll system.

• To maintain top quality of Finance service for operational management • Cost control over New Models Launch programs (Focus, Mondeo); • Participation in budget / forecast process Achievements: • Set up and maintained discipline of regular Cost Meetings with the Plant Management team and awareness over key metrics (scorecard); • Set up and maintained discipline of regular Inventory Meetings with the Plant Management team at Vsevolozhsk and implemented best practice in Tatarstan locations; • Ford corporate System launch in Russia (Labour & Overheads module)

• Corporate business processes verification for consistency with stated management policies, government law, regulations, finance and accounting standards (Modular Control Review Program completion - the internal system of compliance with S-Ox); • Identification and analysis of relevant risks; • Support provision during annual Manufacturing Inventory and Ford General Auditors Office audit
