• to provide competitive prices for equipment/materials and services on the stage of quotation preparation for the Customer, to agree more profitable prices and conditions with the suppliers on quotation preparation and on project realization stages; • equipment and services requests preparation for suppliers/sub suppliers in accordance with project needs, supplier’s list database and Siemens AG database; analysis and estimation of adequacy of the technical specification or requirements specification, prepared by technicians, for suppliers’ requests; • analysis and commercial assessment of received quotations from suppliers/sub suppliers, preparation of comparison information on the basis of the offers from the suppliers/sub suppliers; making decision of optimal supplier for equipment and service purchase; • coordination of contracts’ conditions performance by the suppliers/sub suppliers (delivery terms, goods demands, accompanying documents); claims to the suppliers/sub suppliers in case of nonfulfillment by the supplier of contractual obligations; • Analysis of suppliers market in some definite equipment groups, suppliers evaluation and market analysis; • SAP material entries (PO creating, making of materials..) which are within procurement and logistics specialist competence in coordination with commercial and stockman persons; • Preparation of frame contracts with the suppliers/sub suppliers; • control of project expenses and budget of the project in part of purchasing of the equipment and services; • tracing of contract obligation performance in part of terms of goods’ delivery, accompanying documents; regulation of claims issues concerning defective goods; • cooperation with custom authority and certification organizations for receiving necessary permissions for import/export to /from RF territory, receiving of conformance certificates
