As a Principal Associate within the corporate practice of the law firm I am responsible for distribution of workload and overall performance of a group of 7 lawyers who are directly subordinate to me. I am personally responsible for communication with clients and for the timely delivery of proper results to clients. I have been involved in various corporate projects and M&A transactions (both on the purchaser's and seller's side). I have advised clients on various corporate and compliance issues. As a principal associate I am also involved in practice development, client relationships, generating new work for the group, which requires a proactive position and communication with existing and potential clients, associations, authorities. Recent achievements: Successful representation of the seller in a largest M&A transaction in Russian poultry market. It was also ranked among top 10 M&A deals in Russia in 2015. Transaction value: USD 680mln. Legal advice on corporate issues and structuring to an investor in an airport-development project in the south of Russia. Advice included drafting of SPA, SHA and financing agreements.
