My area of responsibilities includes: - Recruiting (C-level (PM, coordinators), tech position (frontend, backend), design, etc). -Screening. -Setting up interview with the assigned team leaders. - Cycle of onboarding. -Prepatation of contracts depending on the location worldwide. - Monthly invoice making. -Vacation, sick leaves, holidays management. - One-on-ones with employees to find out if any working disruption happens (conflicts, misunderstanding appear, etc). - Relocation package (help to find bank, provide contract to open the account, etc). - Documentation (salary, job market analysis per country, etc). -Generating corporate email. -Making job offers. -Community management (creating weekly meeting to talk about some problems like relocation).
