Proper planning, arrangement and control of the Spare parts Warehouse inventory stock management – effective daily operations in accordance with Company’s Regulatory and Procedural Documents ( RPD ); Arrange verification and acceptance of the delivered cargo, including the documents utilized by Contractor; Performs SAP materials management transactions as required and ensures that these are performed following policies and processes for area of responsibility; Ensures inventory counting activities comply with company's policy and procedures. Maintains compliance by identifying and addressing opportunities; Analyze of the suppliers; Search for new clients; Conduct of negotiations with suppliers, prepare of the contracts and follow the contract; Prepare of the commercial offers for the purchase of the spare parts; Provide inventory and other materials reports as well as data analysis to support P&M management and PSLs; Distribute daily task assignment with ensuring their implementation; Monitor and evaluate the workload of the functional and direct subordinates, adjust and re-distribute if required;

–Proper planning and arrangement of shipping, issue, receiving activities; –Arrange verification and acceptance of the delivered cargo, including the documents utilized by Contractor; –Ensure the actions are arranged and coordinated to comply with special requirements (if any) specified in the inventory supply contract; –Analyze and review the Overage, Shortage & Damage reports and the log; –Utilize SAP and maintain accurate inventory levels by organizing the material in the warehouse and conducting regular inventory counts; –Provide timely and accurate weekly and monthly reports on the current activities and inventory stock levels; –Initiate, review and update the Operator’s RPD and guidelines related to the warehousing and inventory control operations; –Oversee the CPF, main and Drilling warehouses operations; –Properly plan and supervise of the Surplus inventory verification and hand over process. –Ensure the warehouses are equipped with equipment and necessary tools –Verify the work is going in compliance to the safety regulations; –Ensure and control the items and stored as per the Manufacturer and Requestor requirements –Supervise loading and offloading activities –Ensure stock consistency with SAP data; –Supervise inventory cyclic check activities at CPF, main and Drilling warehouses –Follow up SAP and IT development related with warehousing and inventory management. –Distribute daily task assignment with ensuring their implementation –Monitor and evaluate the workload of the functional and direct subordinates, adjust and re-distribute if required; –Ensure the subordinates are trained and guided in the daily work; –Initiate and arrange the required training for himself and subordinates related to warehousing and inventory management, including on job training.

•Management and supervision of the warehouse activities; •Goods receipt, distribution, issue and shipments using SAP E/3 ExxonMobil’s bespoke SAP system known as IPES (International Production Enterprise System); •Coordinate materials movements and disposal of the materials; •Inventory and responsibility for inventory accuracy and placement of materials within the warehouse; •Shipping materials to vendor for repair and returning from vendor after repair to stock in accordance with requested rules and procedures; monitoring the materials movement during the route to vendor and back by e-mails, phone conversations with freight forwarders, vendors and transport logistics; •Material analysis: checking materials to confirm an appropriate quantity, quality, IPES & Part number or descriptions of the materials; in case of detection any discrepancies, preparing and rising OS&D reports, conducting investigations by involving all concerned persons; •Distribute materials for storage in accordance with the procedures and requirements for the storage of each item; •Coordinate distribution, issues of the materials: collecting / preparing materials to be shipped against work order, reservation and transport order; •Administrative work (maintaining filing system / database, conducting electronic correspondence with clients, telephone calls, typing, daily/weekly reports submit, inventory files maintaining and update); •Effective communication with various levels of the company organization and the public; •

•Goods receipt, distribution, issue and send processing using SAP E/3 Exxon Mobil’s bespoke SAP system known as IPES (International Production Enterprise System); •Inventory and responsibility for inventory accuracy and placement of materials within the warehouse; •Control of the transferring materials to vendor for repair and returning from vendor after repair to stock accordance requested rules and procedures; monitoring the movement of the materials while the route to vendor and back by e-mail, phone conversations with freight forwarders, vendor and transport logistics; •Material analysis: checking materials to confirm an appropriate IPES or Part number; material investigation in case of discovering any discrepancies; material to material transfer, preparing and rising OS&D reports, contacting to vendors and material specialists; •Conducting diesel fuel inventories using physical measurements, composing reports and doing transactions in IPES system; materials to be shipped against work order, reservation and transport order; •Administrative work (maintaining filing system / database, conducting electronic correspondence with clients, telephone calls, typing, daily/weekly reports submit, inventory files maintaining and update); •Effective communication with different levels of the company organization and the public. •Conducting diesel fuel inventories using phisical measurements, compose reports and making transactions in IPES system;

•Insure travel & positioning, installation/dismantle and coordination of construction specialized machinery along the pipeline( KOBELCO, CATARPILLAR, JSB, KOMATSU); •Loading/offloading operations control and insurance of safety rules observance during the work process; •Proper documentation maintenance and records keeping; •Planning, materials managing, spare parts requesting; •Personnel supervision

•Scheduled maintenance and capital repairs of motor equipment & vehicles( FOTON, CATARPILLAR, KAMAZ); •Company motor transport and heavy equipment management and supervisior; •Spare parts and materials provision; •Database maintenance, record keeping, cost accounting; •Personnel safety rules and fire prevention norms observance supervision; •Service and technical supply base maintenance, contractor personnel management; •Monitoring and conducting technical documentation.
