Duties consisted of; - Handling Check Ins and Check Outs - Storing suitcases in a secure space and then taking them up to the client's room when it was ready - Handling guest quieries about the hotel - Giving a tour of the hotel and room when the guests were checking in - Being able to provide reliable, satisfactory recommendations regarding the surrounding area and sights - Ensuring that all clients were adequately taken care of and had all the necessary things they required
