I am responsible for supply chain process, from managing the assortment matrix to automatization processes Duties: Material planning for 14000 SKU's Promotion forecast Creating wide range of reports Rotation of assortment matrix Negotiating with suppliers for best offers and arrival calendars for Project Loss management Achievements: Successfully implemented all supply chain functions in the first months of start-up period (January 2017 - February 2017) with no delays Maintained service level at 94% from first month Established SAP ER2 - Excel - E-Store back-office worksheets, which serve as a link between IT solutions and main tool for all procurement operations and warehouse management Developed a training programme for warehouse operations and procurement specialists Acquired skills: MS Excel — advanced user (pivot tables, macro commands, tabulation, data reduction, forecast models) Procurement skills — forecast aggregation/reconciliation, new forecast models and formulas for maintaining the optimal supply Power BI/Power Query — interactive reports & data transformation MS SQL — intermediate query writing skills JDA Demand & Fulfillment — key user
