Primarily serving as a Ruby-on-Rails developer, I build features and fix bugs for almost all of Mindvalley's platforms. I also serve as Release Manager on certain sprints, responsible for reviewing other developer's code and pushing to staging and production servers. Led a team of Developers and designers to develop the Brilliantly online coaching platform - was responsible for leading Scrum sprint planning and retrospectives, serving as Scrum Master in parallel with the Product Owner. Involved in meeting with Mindvalley C-level executives to lock down feature requests and business requirements. Additionally responsible for suggesting technology work-arounds and solutions to potential blockers. Responsible for screening all external technical requests relating to the Brilliantly platform.

Involved in heavy cross-team collaboration, communicating with both technical teams and business decision-makers to bring new projects to market, including several products new to the Mindvalley portfolio. Lead a team of 2 developers and a designer in creating an MVP for an upcoming technology solution for life/business coaching. I made sure deadlines were met and business requirements satisfied. Was also responsible for justifying technology purchases made to support the creation of the MVP and presented regularly in front of Mindvalley C-level executives. Recognised by my peers as a "go-to" person for a variety of tasks due to my helpful nature, technical skills and ability to quickly learn new platforms and technologies. Selected from a pool of over 800 applicants across South East Asia to be a part of the Intern to MACH program. Took full advantage of the opportunity to network with Microsoft Asia-Pacific's senior leadership team and gain real-world experience working in a large multinational corporation. Designed and developed an interactive "Deployment Dashboard" and tracking system to keep tabs on Microsoft Windows and Office deployment within the Malaysian subsidiary. The system has since become an important tool used by Microsoft Account Technology Strategists and business group leads. Responsible for maintaining the data used in said tool. Instituted a Virtual Technical Sales Professional (vTSP) program, scaling partner vTSP resources from 2 to 21 individuals within the Malaysian subsidiary as well as providing support to bridge the gap between partner resources and Microsoft staff. Assisted with the preparation of monthly business reviews and Mid-Year review. Responsible for organizing monthly “Solution Clinics” within the Malaysian subsidiary.
