- Managing all activities related to material management, quality control & storage of equipment & materials for the construction of the Mixed Feed Cracker Unit - Carrying out interaction with Client's various departments regarding issues related to materials handling - Participation in Incoming Control inspections - Coordination & supervision of clearance of punch points - Receiving materials, identification, controlling of the quantities with packing lists & delivery notes - Preparing reports on the materials receipt - Preservation supervision for all types of goods, monitoring periodic inspections, location in compliance with storage codes, N2 level - Coordination with shipping, procurement, expediting, engineering departments - Providing material delivery status for equipment - Identification transportation/ corrosion damages and preparation of NCR, OSD. - Instruction & coordination of warehouse personnel while handling materials of different fragility/ class of danger

Combining two positions' work scope at once as per operational necessity: - Preservation of the materials under storage - Segregation of the materials according to storage requirements from Vendors - Performing scheduled maintenance of the materials under storage as per Vendor procedures - Receiving, checking, storing all types of the materials delivered to Site - Issuing materials to Subcontractors, including partial issuance - Checking and approval of Subcontractors requisitions for materials issuance - Handling returns of the materials done by Subcontractors - Analyzing damages, shortages etc, regulated by OSD/NCR - Keeping records on the moving, issuance, arrival of materials - Coordination of preparation of the materials for Incoming Control inspection - Checking if the PL corresponds to the actual quality/quantity/type of the materials - Handling and storing of hazardous materials in accordance with material safety data sheets - Organization of warehouse & laydown area Subcontractor jobs: offloading, unpacking, moving to storage location & recording it - Keeping record of machinery and human resources available for warehouse activities performance - Liaising with Logistics & Shipping personnel to manage deliveries - Implementation & control of occupational health and environmental protection regulations while working with loads & hand tools

- Leading preservation team and monitoring overall preservation activities performed by preservation technicians and subcontractor workers, ensuring that initial preservation is being maintained for all equipment and materials at warehouse and site. - Maintaining preservation records and check sheets. - Ensuring that all equipment is preserved as per vendor instructions/ project preservation procedure and are handed over to commissioning well preserved. - Modifying and generating Project Completion System (PetroPCS) check sheets, modifying preservation record sheets in line with vendor instructions and project requirements. - Inspection of equipment on receipt for condition of initial preservation done by vendor and correcting/maintaining it as per vendor guidelines, and recording initial preservation discovered on receipt. - Approaching action on Overage, Shortage, Damage Report (OSDR) as per vendor guideline and prepared reports. - Monitoring preservation schedule through PetroPCS and maintaining weekly and monthly preservation logs for all equipment. - Studying special preservation requirements of critical equipment - BHGE compressors, turbines, WHRUs, Compressor Discharge Coolers, Suction Scrubbers, etc and execution & maintaining preservation accordingly. - Ensuring that all preserved equipment is tagged with a specified preservation tag duly filled as per project preservation procedure. - Communication with vendor representatives and making sure that vendor preservation procedures are available at site. - Identifying required preservation material and coordination with project buyer/subcontractor for procurement. - Monitoring preservation of bulk items like valves, flanges, stud bolts, temporary spools, pipe spools and gaskets etc and maintaining record. - Safety - directly responsible and accountable for HSE performance and compliance with requirements applicable during performance of preservation work.

Responsible for preservation and maintenance of equipment and materials from its receipt through storage, installation, commissioning and handover to client. - Monitoring and controlling the overall preservation activities performed by Contractor and Subcontractor’s preservation crews; - Identifying multidiscipline (Mechanical/Electrical Instrumentation/ Piping/ HVAC) preservation activities and requirements as per vendor’s recommendations; - Implementing and following Build-it-clean procedure at site during pipeworks assembling; - Performing 32", 24" MOV & ESV flushing and greasing activities. (Cameron, Valvitalia, Mokveld, RMT etc); - Performing 32" - 2" ESV HPU oil flushing, tubing oil flushing, actuator oil flushing. (Cameron, Valvitalia, Mokveld, RMT etc); - Performing Temporary Cathodic Protection Systems with SACP Anodes testing, reviewing the readings; - Applying preservation for different types of vessels including Valvitalia Pig Traps, Pietro Fiorentini Water Bath Heaters, Mangiarotti Gas Separation Units with N2, preparing for final box-up; - Performing 32" - 2" pipelines internal inspections with robot, borescope. Performing cleaning, degreasing, air blowing of the pipeline after inspection; - Performing HVAC systems installation & preservation - air handlers - blowers, heating and cooling elements, filter racks and chambers, sound attenuators, dampers, ductwork ventilation system. - Preparing PTW for risk activities as required; preparing and verification of mechanical & electrical isolation certificates, applying LOTO; - Recording all preservation activities on preservation record sheets and updating in the PetroPCS database, managing all data regarding preservation module; - Determining and maintaining the stock of preservation consumables required; - Guide on regular basis sub-Contractor’s personnel and provide technical training and expertise on VPCI vapor phase corrosion inhibitor CORTEC, products applicability and practice; - Performing P&ID conformity activities, construction & mechanical completion walkdowns; - Developing and reviewing Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Installation & Operation Manuals, Operational Test Procedures, General Arrangement Drawings, Equipment Arrangement Drawings, Installation Manuals etc. during construction, precom and com phases of the project. - Taking part in all commissioning process activities as a commissioning coordintaor - N2He leak tests, CVT, OTP performance.

- Supervision of the preservation activities of all the modules, materials, instrument and electrical equipment that are received for construction during life of project and also for insurance and operating spares for start-up and turnover to owner. - Implementation of the information in the in-house tool EASYPLANT PRESERVATION MODULE. - Interfacing and obtaining all preservation data and plans from subcontractors. - Setting up preservation plans based on procurement and shipping schedules for life of the project construction period to commissioning and handover. - Development of preservation plans and procedures during initial inspection, storage, after installation, during commissioning phase (referring to P&ID and vendor electronic database for electrical, mechanical static, mechanical rotating main equipment of LNG project. - Following the requirement inside the site preservation procedure are properly implemented by subcontractors regarding warehousing and construction. - Ensuring that proper consumables are purchased and used, Vendor requirements are implemented, planning of the preservation is followed. - Filling in the information to the Easy Plant; using EDMS Portal for finding equipment & modules related drawings, standards and procedures. - Issuing weekly reports and monitoring work progress schedules, making the necessary modifications in order to achieve deadlines and committed budget. - Defining corrective actions in case of deviation to the requirement. - Working and coordinating with construction, logistics & materials, engineering, and vendors to assure that proper preservation procedures and requirements are put in place; that all construction schedules are met and that handover to commissioning is as per contractual requirements.
