Electronic Banking Helpdesk
Front line high-end technical support for both Global and Domestic client groups in Russian and English: over the phone, remote access, at the clients' offices or hosting the VIP presentations at the bank's premises. Electronic Banking Cross-Platform Software and Crypto/Hardware consulting and/or troubleshooting, shell scripting for local automation (cmd, VBA/VBS), localization of main EB products' front-ends and documentation, CRM/ERP reporting/maintaining, Java issue resolution. Key achievements: improved several bank automation processes, like promoting Unix-based Data Rescue channels, maintained internal Dept.'s website, automated local Dept.'s routines, was in charge of int'l localization team, so localized both the legacy and the new front-end and their user guides for main Citi's EB products, i.e. all flavors of CitiDirect systems for PC, MAC, Tablet and Smartphone devices, feature-rich banking data interchange development among clients' ERPs and banking software. Due to constantly diligent regional support over the years, a couple of hundreds of Citibank customers became quite allegiant to the bank services and sought to resolve their EBS problems with myself, which is a good appreciation level of my daily works.
