• Actively participate in developing, and implementing brand management objectives for the brand “Bepanthen”; • Ensure all products are brought to market in the most cost effective manner; • Maximize profit margins through product pricing that reflects current market trends; • Protect and enhance brand identity by ensuring consistent use across all channel activities including promotional literature, packaging, press advertising, PR activity, product logos and web sites; • Develop and manage the implementation of 360º programs in line with brand strategies that generate profitable volume growth and support brand building; • BTL promotions on & off trade; • Build constructive relationships with agencies: work with Media, Creative Agencies and Research agencies; • Managing of brand’s digital projects (www.baby-zabota.ru, www.bepanthen.ru); • Collate & conduct research, monitor competitor activity & take appropriate action to address issues highlighted; • Keep abreast of relevant issues in the market place through professional and commercial channels and identify suitable seminars, exhibitions and sponsorship opportunities.

• Deal with Marketing department’s documents; • Deal with suppliers (supporting with projects, correcting and coordinating paper work, coordinating of document’s agreement); • Work with Media and Creative Agencies; • Work with POS materials (coordinating of POS models agreement, distribution); • Support of digital projects (www.baby-zabota.ru, www.bepanthen.ru).
