• Checking Supplier’s material and technical documentation delivery schedule prior to start of works. • Checking works for compliance with construction schedules and contractual commitments. • Review and approval of Method Statements provided by the Subcontractors prior to start of works; assuring proper implementation at construction site. • Assuring observance of all HSE procedures and standards with regard to Subcontractors’ activities and areas of responsibilities. • Following up HSE activities at site as prescribed by HSE site plan and related procedures. • Checking compliance with work schedule and implementation of mitigation actions to recover delays. • Checking compliance of equipment and adequacy of the Subcontractor’s manpower as well as conformity of works performed by the Subcontractor to design, Safety regulations, and level of quality. • Inspecting and signing necessary certificates as per Site Inspection Plans. • Issuing NCRs to Subcontractors and coordinating NCR clearance. • Identifying design mistakes and rectifying them whenever possible; escalating necessary modification requests to Site Engineers. • Checking and approving Subcontractors’ progress reports. • Inspecting and issuing Punch Lists and implementation follow-up. • Participating in meetings with Subcontractors and the Client representatives at Delayed Coking Unit Project of JSC Gazpromneft- Omsk Oil Refinery.

• Work at the facility: Yamal LNG - construction of the plant. • Progress control of subcontracting organizations. • Approval of changes in project documentations. • Compilation of reports.

• General construction works operations under the project of modernization of the plant for the manufacture of HPL laminate (High Pressure Laminate). • Organization of planning and directing of maintenance schedule of equipment. • Assembly, installation and operation of Impregnation Line of HPL (High Pressure Laminate) production. The execution of the full scope of work to increase the productivity at the currently operating plant. • Assembly, installation and operation of the rubber plant production of glue mixture for HPL. • Installation of dewatering system and protective grooves against soil collapse. Set up of foundation ditches for the production of ferro-concrete 300 tons pressing. • Assembly, installation and operation of the hydraulic pressing and HPL production. • Assembly, installation and operation of the heaters, boilers. • Monitoring of the welding process of the oil pipe-line. • Steel structures works.

• Supervision of concrete work site, manufacturing and erection of reinforced-concrete structures. • Civil works at Block Valve Stations. • Construction works at an operating Al Taweelah Receiving Gas Terminal for gas treatment before transportation. • Calculation and order the necessary quantity of materials for work execution. • Update working drawings during construction and have the changes approved by the client. • Supervision of the process of installing the most complex and critical structures on site, such as the construction of complex foundations including the installation of internal systems for gas disposition terminals, bearing foundations for gas heaters, assembly and erection of 42 m high gas heaters, assembly of piping. • Work on Punch List and final handover of the facilities to the clients. • Earth works, erection and backfilling of foundations and reinforced-concrete structures weighing up to 100 tonnes, concrete work, shuttering, rebar tying. • Erection works: installation of various steel structures and equipment, leveling. • Coordination of heavy machinery work: bulldozers, excavators, dump trucks, side-booms, hydraulic breakers, mobile telescopic cranes (25-500 tones). • Supervision of contractors (approx. staff 250-300pers.) activities on site. • Monitoring and analysis of construction of schedules. • Daily and weekly reporting to Project Management. • Acceptance executed works, as-built documentation. • Construction Site Quality Control. • Pile sheeting of pits: working with pile-driving equipment, simultaneous organization of work at several sites, acquiring permits to work at operating gas facilities under the UAE permit to work system, preparation of facilities for handover to the client.

• Ensure continuous and technically correct operation of machinery. • Agree upon schedules with contracting organizations engaged in repairs, provide them with the necessary technical documentation, draft lists for overhaul of equipment and machinery. • Develop norms on material consumption for repair and operational needs, analyze their performance, draw up cost estimates for repairs. • Construct of an underground gas storage facility in Volgograd. • Reconstruct of a gas-compressor station in Frolovsky District of Volgograd region. • Construct of low-pressure main gas pipelines and gas distribution plants in settlements of Volgograd Oblast. • Coordinate and resolve working issues with the Lower Volga Region Authority for Technical and Ecological Supervision.

• Organize a civil construction base from metal. • Manufacture reinforced-concrete and steel structures for the complete gas pipeline and nine Block Valve Stations, coordinate their erection. • Select and train local personnel for working on the civil construction site. • Work with vendors, purchase materials, tools and equipment for the civil construction site. • Calculate three grades of concrete mixes and coordinate the calculation with the client to apply them for production. • Dispose of materials as per set and approved forms and reports • Perform work on solid concrete coating in wades. • Manufacturing and installation of reinforced-concrete weights. • Sample ready concrete mixes to be tested by a third-party controlling organization. • Perform the functions of a Site Supervisor within the last six months.

• Ensure continuous and technically correct operation of machinery. • Develop plans and schedules for inspection, tests and preventive repairs of machinery as per the Unified System of Planned and Preventive Repairs, approve these plans and control their performance, provide production design engineering. • Record the available equipment and machinery and their transfer, prepare technical documentation. • Draw up requisitions for purchasing the necessary materials and spare parts and conclude delivery contracts with approved vendors. • Organize interrepair maintenance, timely and good repairs of machinery and equipment. • Perform technical supervision for condition, maintenance and repairs of buildings and structures, ensure rational use of materials for repair works. • Member of a permanent professional licensing board for labour and industrial safety during the construction of main pipelines, operation of cranes, operation of gas distribution and gas consumption systems. • Responsible for supervision of safe operation of cranes, slinging equipment and packaging materials.

• Collect monthly reports on fuels and lubricants from the company’s departments and prepare them for writing off. • Check the remainders of fuels and lubricants for half-yearly and yearly reporting. • Responsible for correctness and issuance of documents on purchasing and consuming fuels and lubricants to Volgograd’s statistical department. • Prepare orders, reports, and agreements for the Management Apparatus Mechanization Department of PJSC Volgogradneftegazstroy. • Calculate and document a yearly requirement of fuels and lubricants for the company’s departments for subsequent concluding a delivery contract with LUKOIL.

• Control the quality of insulating coatings, films and heat-shrinkable sleeves during pipeline construction by PJSC Starstroy, main contractor of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium

• Perform QC inspection of gas pipeline insulation coatings with tools in base and field conditions • Certified by the Federal Service of Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision for facility maintenance

• Acquired basic skills for the job of a film insulation worker
