A NGO eye & ENT hospital where I supervised and managed OPD staffs (around 50 people), including medical records, pre-anaesthetic clinic, OPD procedures, counsellors, surgical coordinator and flow of patients. Besides this, trained and encouraged the OPD staffs to continually improve systems to ensure a patient-friendly environment thereby producing patient satisfaction. Co-ordinated and managed the performance of Bal-Vikas (Child-to-Adult health education strategy) and Afforestation Program. Re-strategized and initiated new activity like plant nursery by children and out-reach approaches like skit theatre group under the Bal-Vikas Program. Coordinated training program on Rain Water Harvesting Structure supported by UNICEF, and was involved in the Household Sanitary Latrine (HSL) Program in co-ordination with the Maharashtra state government. One-year environment education pilot-project sponsored by Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, Delhi where I coordinated with local school authorities and took educational sessions for 8-days participatory learning workshops for different schools.
