World cup 2018 Team Workshop 2018 Confederarion cup 2017 I've been involved in preparatory works in FiFA project. Staff Search, preparation of instructions and procidures for team work, managing of team of 6 person and 11 volonteurs. Work includes: Stadium audit in terms of IT infrustructure Readiness control Daily conf calls and reports with system integrator of FiFa committee Contractors pushing Equpment logistics, distribution and inventory. Organization of work on technical support for FIFA users, Media Agencys, Broadcasters and LOC members in terms of it infrastructure on stadium and hotels. Supporting: Fifa general and competition coordinators, pitch foto positon, media press center, media tribunes, flash interviews, press conferences rooms and accreditation center, ticket center Pre match days audit. We are was responsible for IT infrastructure of all functional zones: Ticket center, Media Center, Volonteur center, vip-zone, logistic compaund, broadcast compound. Also as a Team Lead i was involved in periodic inspections from FiFA

Managing of IT projects in different venues of company Multimedia, IT, Telephone and other. Team managing 3 engineers and contractors Development of technical solution for technologic systems. I turned the customer's desire into technical solutions There was Satllite TV, Home Theater, Video Wall, Local networks(cisco, d-link, microtic equp.) Project for wireless telephony with Ascom eqiupment and panasonic wired phones. Also support video conferencing of company top management on Polycom equipment Information and technical support of top managers

I was responsible for Lan,Wifi, telephone services(incl.mobile phones) My team contains Mobile engineer, lan engineer, cabling. Setting goals, contracotrs and subcontractors interraction, checking status service desk incidents(SLA control, follow-up control), change requests reconciliation, daily reports with head of It department, staffing shifts, In operation period duty in 24/7 mode (12 hours shifts) in pre Olympic period i was Manager of Telecom Services and responsible for Rate Card requests I was responsible for telecom paid services on all venues(also non sports Venues like media center, Medals Plaza, hotels...) There was projects: -BRi,Pri, Fax, Audio conference, Lan ports for different services, Internet(Fiber,Copper, WIFI), VLans(Mpls,VPLS p2p), CAtv.Phones with long distance calls Harmonization and support of projects between contracotrs and customers. Our contractor was Rostelecom company, our customers was participants of events (media agencys, sportsmans, participants) I was checking technical opportunity, drawing schemes, selecting of solutions by technical tasks, checking readiness status for requests... pushing and pushing contractors.

I was responsible for it infrastructure and services of company in 2 offices There was about 50 workplaces, reprographic equipment(printers,plotters,mfd,fax), telephone lines, internet fiber channel, 1c bookkeeping, mail server, web-site. Also i was involved in bill payments, purchase of equipment and consumables, users support. I have a team with 1 engineer and contractors.
