Main achievements while working at MTS-Bank:
- Settled an issue of a disputed debt lasting from 2016. As result of it I have saved 5 mln. rub. for the Bank, reducing the debt to expectable 900 thousand rub.
- Implemented the system of Bank guarantees (22 Unix Servers). - While implementation received Unix working skills.
- Optimized purchases under 5 agreements of different Bank departments, brought them together to one same date.
- Implemented АРМ КБР-Н, connected the Bank to ТШ ЦБ РФ system.
- Developed new IVR scripts to Bank clients for working with Voice menu. Optimized IVR menu that reduced a Contact center load, as well as reduced the payment for 8800ххххххх number.
Created a company for auto call of the Clients to set up PIN for credit cards. As a result of it the total number of the Clients that had activated credit cards increased up to 13 %

I started as an Officer of IT Operations, in 2007 was promoted to a Senior Officer of IT Operations and in 2010 to a Head of IT Helpdesk.
Starting from 2012 I work as a Head of IT Operations.
Under my direct supervision there were: IT Helpdesk (7 day shift engineers, 2 night shift engineers) and Trading floor support. Main responsibilities are: departments work administration, employees’ efficiency evaluation, internal procedures and guidelines creation.
Incident management procedure, Software Asset management procedure on ITIL base creation and implementation with respect of Bank policies and procedures.
Acted as IT Leader and took part in different projects: on new software optimization and implementation, changes and optimization of Printing services, VDI implementation, DocFlow, File and Data Transfer automation, etc.
