The whole development process took more than 1 year and had been done by Staint Petersburg unit including pre-sales and business analysis phases. The main challenges were – the limited budget, strong deadline and wide list of features which customers wanted to implement in the system. After deliverance the customers reported the solution was very stable and already used by lots of their clients. The portal has been delivered with the high level of quality – no bugs from July 2017, except few cosmetics issues and changes in logic ordered separately. Role: Project manager. Health care Q/A solution The project developed in Kentor internally and provided as a service for different pharmaceutical companies. It is a system to handle all questions and answers concerning product related issues. The system has built-in workflow for handling questions without answers by distributing the responsibility of answering and providing quality assurance to the right persons, complete workflow with reminders etc. Role: as a senior web developer was responsible for creating new functionality, fixing issues and improvement of the current functionality and UI. The windows application is installed in the each local office and keeps data about estates, clients and other information which helps customers to buy or rent properties. The data synchronization service transfers local data to the central database.
