The facts and achievements:
• Managed a .Net department in Russian branch of a Swedish company.
• At some period had been simultaneously responsible for more than 9 customers, 10 projects and 20 people divided in several project teams.
• Hired and managed several small teams of 2-3 people each to work together with Swedish and Norwegian developers for a Swedish publc transportation company and a Norway-based international information technology operator, controlled their work, coordinated activities with projects managers in Sweden and Norway.
• Participated in projects in a project manager role and succesfully delivered.
• Managed to keep an existing customer for about 8 years and even extend the development, continuing the technical consulting inspite of being a team manager.

A bespoke system for Norwegian LNGC operator
Developed and successfully delivered in time the ship to ship compatibility study web-portal for a big Norway's company that provides floating energy solutions and takes leading positions as an operator of floating LNG import terminals.
The whole development process took more than 1 year and had been done by Staint Petersburg unit including pre-sales and business analysis phases. The main challenges were – the limited budget, strong deadline and wide list of features which customers wanted to implement in the system. After deliverance the customers reported the solution was very stable and already used by lots of their clients. The portal has been delivered with the high level of quality – no bugs from July 2017, except few cosmetics issues and changes in logic ordered separately.
Role: Project manager.
Team size: 5-developers and 2-testers.
Participated in pre-sales, workshops on customer's side in Oslo, agreeing the contract and budget with customers. Project management, creating the project team (hiring new people), establishing SCRUM process, sprints, tasks and deadlines. Responsible for the whole development cicle including business analysis, estimating, planning.

Membership solution for Norwegian unions
Development and maintenance of Norway’s largest membership solution for Norwegian unions.
Role: Project manager/team lead.
Team size: 3 developers, 1 tester.
Responsible for the remote team located in Staint-Petersburg that is working with the distributed Norwegian team in Oslo. Team leading, tehcnical consulting, code development.

Custom web-solution
A web-system for a big Norwegian company. Development of the application for national information bureau that collects, maintains and categorizes information on prisoners in armed conflicts.
Role: Project manager.

Responsible for the whole development process. Business analysis, estimating, planning, agreeing the contract and budget. Project management, involving freelancers, communicating with customers, establishing working process, making sprints, tasks and deadlines.
