RAFM Data Analyst
Perform daily analysis on detection results to identify fraud patterns to increase detections and/or reduce false positives. Perform validation testing of detections using different methods (test calls, traffic analysis, trending). Create and implement on portal new profiles to detect new fraud. Provide daily/weekly monitoring of KPI Metrics and detections for the assigned customers. Provide demonstrations and training of the Mobius RA/FM solutions to prospects and customers.
