- Director of the HSE Department in the company, reporting directly to the General Director. The company employs about 5,000 workers. - Management of the company's HSE policy, implementation of the HSE Management Plan. - Management of HSE at 27 projects of the company. The size of projects ranges from 30 to 3500 people (construction of Rogun HPP, reconstruction of Nurek HPP, Kairakkum HPP, construction of a 500 kV power transmission line CASA-1000, construction of a 500 kV converter station CASA-1000, construction of substations and power transmission lines from 35 to 220 kV. - Management of the HSE department personnel. - Leading the development of measures to prevent occupational diseases and accidents at work, to improve working conditions and bring them to the requirements of regulatory legal acts on labor protection, as well as to provide organizational assistance to implement the developed measures. - Participation in the investigation of industrial accidents and analysis of accidents in previous years. - Assistance in defining training requirements and subsequent training of employees at all levels. - Organization of inspections and audits of health, safety and environmental protection as a leading internal auditor. - Providing methodological assistance to the project teams of the company.

- Site HSE Manager reporting directly to Project Manager, Administer the implementation of Project HSE Management Plan. - Conversant with the requirements of GE HSE Policy, Client and local regulations. - Assist in the identification of training requirements and subsequent training of all levels of employees - Ensure that supervisors and workers have received the necessary HSE Induction. - Prepare & update Project HSE Plan. - Organize Safety meetings with site personnel. - Co-ordinate / carry out HSE inspection and audits as Project inspection matrix. - Gather and compiling of statistical information. - Interact with employees and sub-contractor personnel. - Interact with the Client / GE HSE Department. - Advise Management on the inspection of vehicles / equipment. - Discuss with Management the training needs and implement a training program of the workforce. - Identify items requiring environmental protection and monitor concerned areas so that damage does not occur. Where potential for danger occur, take corrective measures and advise the Project Manager. - Discuss with the Project Manager the effectiveness of the HSE monitoring program. - Organize Emergency Response exercises relevant to the Project such as Fire, Rescue and evacuation as planned.
