Project "I, feudal lord"​ “I, Feudal Lord” is a Russian browser strategy made by a team of 5 people. At one time, this game was the best in its genre in Russia and the CIS. Before the start of work on modernizing the project, there was the following development of events. The gaming world brought in profits 15 days after the start, then there was a sharp drop in profits, over the next 15 days income dropped to almost zero. It made economic sense in such a situation to close the world and open a new one. After my work, the following indicators were recorded: • conversion to paying players increased by 5%; • the lifespan of the world has increased from 1 month to 3 months; • the number of payments increased by 7.2%; • there was an increase in the number of paying players by 1.1%; • an increase in the audience of 13.2% was recorded; • the increase in interest in the project was estimated at 7.8%. I had to take on the responsibilities of a project manager, and the following were added to my responsibilities: • coordinating team actions; • search and attraction of new advertising partners; • statistics and analytics of project indicators, making management decisions based on this information.
