Scope: - Working in an international team performing development and support of Harmony system which is small-scale iDEN standard cellular network.
- The candidate will be hired to the contractor organization which provides administrative service to Motorola.
Responsibilities: - Participate in the product level requirements and architecture development and review;
- Perform bug fix, code development, unit and integration testing;
- Perform analysis and propose solutions for product improvements;
- Perform engineering support for product field issues.
Skills: Required - High education in SW/Systems Engineering;
- Desire to perform development and engineering support for high tech networking systems;
- Experience of development real-time and multithread applications;
- Strong C/C++;
- Reverse engineering skills (ability to read understand and debug code written by other people);
- Strong UNIX skills;
- Basic knowledge telecommunication protocols and technologies;
- Good English;
- Good teamwork skills, ability to learn fast;
- Ability and readiness for business trips.
Pluses: - Wireless networking background and/or experience;
- HW skills;
- QNX, Linux.
