Summary:
- To conduct the activities connected with direct advertising development and placement; development and production of the merchandizing materials; development and production of the internal informational materials, including company newsletter. To manage budget.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in the overall marketing communication strategy development
- Responsible for development of the direct advertising strategy
- Responsible for the development of the internal PR strategy together with the HR department of the company
- Responsible for development and production of all sorts of merchandizing materials, including tenders conducting, contracts signing etc
- Responsible for the pull purchases from abroad, including custom broker relationships
- Merchandizing materials stock management
- Provides general support for Marketing Communications (MARCOM) team such as gathering files and/or photos, creating clipping paths etc.
- Budget control and monthly budget reporting, cash flow management
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Required:
- Higher Education, preferable in marketing/economy, or MBA
- 2-3 years experience in marketing/PR
- Knowledge of PR technologies & methods is a plus
- Must have strong time management skills
- Must have strong project management skills
- Must be able to work within time and budgetary constraints
- Must be an excellent team player
- Must have fluent English (writing & speaking abilities)
- Position may require some travel throughout the year (approximately 10-15% of working time)
