Responsibilities:

• Project management for Carve out / Carve in
• Reorganizational projects in the Company
• Support for M&A Head by information analysis
• Shareholding controlling
• Project meetings preparation
• M&A financial workstreams 
• Project data collection

Requirements:

• Higher education: financial or legal
• Professional experience: 3-4 years in finance management + project management skills (M&A projects)
• Knowledge of   IFRS + RF accounting
• SAP knowledge preferrable
• English language - fluent is a must,  both English+German would be a real plus
• Business trips are possible
