Legal advice in all commercial law matters to specified division or sector of the company.

This includes:

• counselling business units on all commercial law issues
• drafting, review and analysis of different types of contracts, letters of intent
• structuring the transactions with participation of foreign companies
• participating in negotiations
• participating in due diligence processes with regard to contract issues
• responsible for know how management in certain areas of law
• represent Legal in decision meetinss of the specified division or sector
• education of legal trainees or mentoring of new colleagues

Required Qualification:

• higher legal education
• thorough knowledge of Russian and international commercial law
• knowledge of products and solutions in Moblity, Industry or Energy business preferred
• advanced knowledge of the English language (both oral and written speech), German is a plus
• 5 years of relevant experience
• strategic judgement and risk management, results and quality orientation, customer focus, communication skills, professional ethics
