Responsibilities:

• The Group of Power Engineering and Energy Resources perform Research and Development of novel technological solutions for power generation.
• Management of projects in the area of High Energy Systems.
• Research & Development in collaboration with partners from academia.

Requirements:

• PhD in Mechanics of Fluids and Plasma, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar.
• In-depth knowledge in one or several areas: Fluid mechanics & heat transfer.
• Rotational equipment (e.g. turbo-compressors, pumps).
• Thermodynamics of high temperature systems (covers ionization).
• High voltage engineering (covers basic competencies arcs in HV and MV facilities).
• Basic competencies in Power plants engineering.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Practical experience (>3 years) in the area of computational fluid dynamics.
