At Sber, I lead a design team of 10 people, manage tasks, review, solve complicated situations with customers if they arise and try to make the team's life easier. I also act as a hiring designer, conduct interviews and performance reviews. For the last 1.5 years in Sber I have been not doing a lot of design, so in my free time I have been working on my project, application for learning Marq languages marq.cc. From time to time I speak at regional conferences, for example DUMP (Ekb), MAD conf (Ulyanovsk). I talk about design, in particular about mobile applications. Before Sber, together with partners we launched a conference for tech students pouf.conf.
